Doubleknot Infrastructure Upgrade Scheduled for April 11, 2015

We’re performing a significant upgrade of our servers and network infrastructure from 10 PM PDT on Saturday, April 11 to 4 AM PDT on Sunday, April 12. During this time, Doubleknot services will not be available. The upgrade reflects our continuing investment in providing the most advanced architecture available for your online services. The benefits of this upgrade include:

  • Responsiveness: Our new infrastructure will provide even faster response times.
  • Scalability: We’ll be able to spin up additional servers in real time to meet seasonal demand.
  • Futureproofing: This upgrade lays the groundwork for future enhancements including the deployment of a content delivery network (CDN), which will further speed the delivery and display of your pages by storing materials on servers in your geographical region.
This upgrade is an example of our commitment to delivering our clients the most reliable cloud services in the industry. Thank you for your continued support!
