Re-engaging Lapsed Donors with Surveys

Fundraising Success has a great article by Angie Moore about how a thoughtful survey from a nonprofit made her decide to start donating again! The survey included questions about how she originally got involved in the organization, about what mattered to her personally, and about how well the organization is communicating with her. At the end of the survey, she decided to donate to them again. Surveys are a great way to engage both your current and your lapsed constituents. Doubleknot's full-featured Surveys tool makes it easy to ask the exact questions you need to understand their connection to your organization. Documentation on using the Surveys tool is located on the User Manuals page and in the online help (click Help at the top of any Doubleknot page.)
