Believe It or Not, It's 2013!
This past week, we have received several calls from end users who have been unable to edit or update their summer camp registrations. The answer (when the organization allows registration changes) was that the event's Modify Until Date was set as 2012, not 2013. For a smoother registration experience, don't forget to double-check all your event dates including:
- Modify Until Date
- Early Discount and Late Fee Dates
- Registration Begin and End Dates
- Payment Schedule Dates
Also, when all of the above is checked, do a test run both as an administrator and as an end user. It's always better when you catch it before your users do.
