Doubleknot now supports “administrator-only” registration forms for events, which are only visible to administrators who create or edit event registrations. You can use these forms to enter notes about the registration or registrants that are only visible to Doubleknot event administrators in your organization.
To create an administrator-only form, follow these steps:
- In Event Management, click the Forms tab.
- Click Create Form.
- Enter a title (and an optional description).
- In the Basic Options section, in the Display in Survey/Form Lists menu, select Visible for Admins Only.
- Continue with the steps to create the form.
When you assign an administrator-only form to an event, be sure that you do not mark the form as required. If you have any questions, please contact us at doubleknot@doubleknot.com.
