Video Posted on New Manage Events and End User Registration Screens

The video from the webinar we held this week is now available in our video library and by clicking here. In the webinar, we gave a preview of our upgraded and totally redesigned administrator screens for configuring events and managing registrations, as well as the changes we are making to the screens that users see when registering for events. These changes will go live on Monday, so if you missed the webinar, please check out the video.

Tips & Tricks: Promote Participation with Descriptive Registrant Types

If you name your registrant types correctly, it can help you increase event participation. As an example, if your event allows younger children to attend their sibling's events, try creating a second registrant type named "Tag-a-long" instead of just a single type such as "Youth". When parents register their child to participate, they'll notice the other type and be more likely to register the second child as well.

Now's a Good Time to Review your Summer Camp 2013 Registration Process

One of the upgrades we made to our Program Management module last Spring was the ability to add forms. As registration had already started, many could not use this new feature. So now would be a great time to review your entire camp registration process, so that you can take advantage of this and other enhancements. Don't just copy last year's way of doing things, as it was likely copied from the year before. Have a look at your entire process in order to streamline it.
