Example of standard URL:

http://www.yoururl.org/openrosters/vieworgpagelinks.aspx?linkkey=98766789&OrgKey=5800 

Example of equivalent Friendly URL:

http://www.yoururl.org/summer-activities/swimming-class

FYI: Google continues to change the way they index sites

Google continues to refine the way they index sites and rank search results.  In the past, some have utilized practices to improve their search rankings that are now hurting their rankings, or in some cases have caused Google to delist them.  If you plan on hiring a Search Engine Optimization (SEO) firm be sure to do your homework and check references.
