The Order of the Arrow is Scouting's Honor Camping Society. Members are elected by the Scouts in their unit for this honor. During the year, OA members perform service to Scouting and their unit and set the example for younger Scouts. Dues are only $15 per year.

To pay off-line, you will need to complete this form and either mail to the Santa Barbara Office at 4000 Modoc Road, Santa Barbara, CA 93110, or take to the Scout Store in Santa Maria or Atascadero. If you pay at any of these locations, be sure to keep a copy of your receipt in case there is any question about your payment. The OA cannot be responsible for errors committed by clerks in these Scout stores.

A special membership patch will be issued to the first 200 verified dues paying members prior to January 31, 2015.  Verified means (1) dues paid; (2) registered as a member of the Boy Scouts of America; and (3) have completed the BSA's Youth Protection Training (if 18 years of age or older).

Warning:  All OA members must be registered wth the Boy Scouts of America for the 2015 calendar year.  In addtion any adult or youth 18 years of age or older MUST have completed the BSA's Youth Protection Program.   Before issuance of any dues cards and membership patches both these items will be verified.
