This flap will be given to each OA members in the Tu Cubin Noonie Lodge that has paid their 2015 Dues before April 1st at midnight.

They are designed to celebrate the 100 years the OA has been around. 

There will be other patches that are made later on in the year that will match the colors of this patch.
