The Girl Scouts of Connecticut Annual Meeting is a celebratory event open to all members. It will be held at the Oronoque Country Club, Stratford.   Join us as we reflect on the past year’s achievements, recognize outstanding volunteers, and discuss upcoming topics.

Cancellation Policy
If we cancel: If the council needs to cancel due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, we will do our best to reschedule. If you are not able to make the new date/time, you will receive a refund. If you cancel: If you need to cancel participants, we strongly advise finding replacements to take their place. You can make changes to your order online. For most events, if you cancel up to a month before the registration deadline, we will refund your fees. If you cancel 2-3 weeks before the deadline, you will receive a partial refund, which will vary depending on the type of event. A week before the deadline, no refunds will be given as arrangements have been made.
