Cancellation Policy
If we cancel: If the council needs to cancel due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, we’ll do our best to reschedule. If you are not able to make the new date/time, you’ll receive a refund.
If you cancel: If you need to cancel participants, we strongly advise finding replacements to take their place. You can make changes to your order online. For most events, if you cancel up to a month before the registration deadline, we’ll refund your fees. If you cancel 2-3 weeks before the deadline, you’ll receive a partial refund, which will vary depending on the type of event. A week before the deadline, no refunds will be given as arrangements have been made.
