Council Annual Business Meeting

The Council’s Annual Business Meeting will be held on Thursday, December 10, 2009 at ICARE Industries, 4399 35th St. N in St. Petersburg, at 7:00 PM.  The 2010 council officers, executive board members and advisory council will be elected at this meeting.
 Active members of the Council may make recommendations of possible nominees to the nominating committee for its consideration.  Recommendations to the committee shall be made in writing and received at the council service center at least 30 days prior to the annual meeting.  The nominating committee consists of Jim Henderson, Mary Evertz and Scott Payne. 
 
 Any resolutions or other suggested agenda items must be presented to the Committee on Programs and Resolutions (Chairman, Bob Swain, George Casey & Mike Kiral) and must be received in writing at the Council Service Center no later than 10 days before the annual meeting.

 All voting members and Chartered Organization Representatives are encouraged to attend.  Due to seating requirements, you must RSVP your attendance plans to Linda Cipolla at 727-391-3800, ext. 219 or email lcipolla@bsamail.org.  The RSVP date is December 3, 2009.
