A SPECIAL LABOR DAY - FRIENDS OF SCOUTING WEEKEND

WHO:  Any family that supports the Los Padres Council Friends of Scouting Campaign with a minimum contribution of $150 or more.

WHAT:  A relaxing weekend of camping away from the crowds in a safe, family-oriented environment.

WHEN: Friday, September 2 to Monday, September 5, 2011

WHERE:  Rancho Alegre, 2680 Highway 154, Santa Barbara

CHECK-IN TIME:  After 4:00 PM, Friday, September 2.  The office will be open until 8:30 PM on Friday evening, and will re-open at 8:30 AM on Saturday morning. (PLEASE: No early check-in as our staff is working on your behalf to get the camp ready)

CHECK-OUT TIME:  Check out of your campsite by not later than 10:00 AM on Monday, 9/5.

You and your immediate family are invited to this great weekend of relaxation and fun!  Enjoy the pool, the archery range, the BB gun range, nature hikes, and just plain relaxing in your campsite. Please join us on Friday evening for a spaghetti dinner served in the dining hall from 6:30 – 8:00 PM.

Saturday evening, after the campfire, join us for ice cream sundaes in the Dining Hall. All other meals are on your own.

RESERVATIONS ARE REQUIRED! PLEASE REGISTER NO LATER THAN AUGUST 25th.

While I’m sure we all love our pets, we request that you leave them at home this weekend. We also want to remind you that alcoholic beverages are not permitted on Scout property.
