WEBELOS LEADERS AND PARENTS OF WEBELOS scouts will learn about:
- Campsite selection
- Campfire planning
- Woods tools
- Webelos Scout outdoor program and planning
- Fire site preparation and building
- Cooking and sanitation
- Hiking techniques
- Ropes and knots
- Naturalist Activity Badge
- Geologist Activity Badge
- Forester Activity Badge
- Readyman Activity Badge
Bring items on pp. 352-353 of Webelos handbook (except pliers, food, cooler); uniform, hat, pocket knife, sharpening stone, a Boy’s Life magazine, first aid kit, pen or pencil, Webelos Leader Guide, lawn chair, and camp stove if you have one. Be ready to learn from this hands-on camping experience (don’t bring an RV), and to share ideas!

Fee of $20 covers cracker barrel, breakfast, lunch, snacks and handouts.
Minimum of 5 people must sign up and pay by Monday, Nov.9th or this course will be cancelled
