A minimum of one adult with BALOO training is required on all Cub Scout overnight activities. This training will cover the basics of camp site selection, camp gear, nutrition, activities, and, most importantly how to have FUN on an overnight!  Parents or any adult leaders are encouraged to attend. Course will be held at Rancho Alegre Larsen Meadow. There is a fee of $10. Lunch is included. You should bring a water bottle, sunscreen, a hat and lots of enthusiasm!

Basic Adult Leader Outdoor Orientation

Where:  Larsen Meadow: North Entrance into Rancho Alegre

When:  October 13, 8 am to ~4 pm

Purpose:  Primarily for Cachuma and South Coast District Cub Scout Leaders and parents, but all are welcome.

Bring: water, hat, and sunscreen

Cost: $10

Why come to BALOO?

• Be able to plan and carry out pack campouts
