One day program for Cub leaders to enhance their units and district events. Instructors come from all areas of Scouting; Cub, Boy Scouts, Venturing , Varsity and Unit Commissioners. Activities at the event include a midway, pack displays, vendor displays, arts, crafts, songs, skits, games. Den Chief training, cooking, program pizazz, Webelos activity pins, Tiger Cub, Wolf and Bear den planning, Committee organization , cooking for large crowds, Unit Commissioner training, Webelos to Scout transition, awards beyond the ranks, BALOO training, etc. Estimated attendance is 250-300 unit leaders, parents, and Den Chiefs.
