Wood Badge 2010 will be held at Camp Hobbs on two weekends:

February 26-28, 2010

March 19-21, 2010

Cost: $225 per participant

 Wood Badge for the 21st Century is designated for all Scouters in any position.  The course focuses on leadership skills rather than outdoor skills.  The course is taught in two sessions:  The first session is modeled on unit meetings; the second session is delivered using a troop camping activity.  Both sessions must be completed successfully.  These two sessions run from Friday morning through Sunday evening on non-consecutive weekends.

Prior to attending Wood Badge the Scouter must have completed all basic training courses for their position and complete the outdoor skills training appropriate for their position.

At least a $50 deposit needs to be paid today with the remainder of the fee is due no later than January 22, 2010.

Council refund policy will be enforced with January 22, 2010 being considered the event date.

To receive a refund on any activity/event, a letter must be submitted to the Camping Committee for approval.
1. No fees may be transferred.
2. 2 weeks prior to activity/event-all but 20% may be refunded.
3. 1 week prior to activity/event-a maximum of 50% of fees paid may be refunded.
4. No shows-No refund.
