April 16 - 21, 2012

Camp Friedlander Loveland, OH

Wood Badge for the 21st Century is designed to provide you with twelve skills such as communication, decision making, team building, conflict management, self-assessment, and leveraging diversity. Each of these skills are designed to improve one’s success in delivering the values, vision, and mission of the scouting program to your unit.

Wood Badge for the 21st Century stands ready to provide leadership tools for scouting, personal and professional lives, and for America by building on the past, understanding the present, and looking toward the future.

Drawing from contemporary leadership models and a century of scouting experiences, Wood Badge for the 21st century is the premier leadership development course for the BSA. Wood Badge consists of two, 3-day weekends packed with fun, fellowship, and inspiration, along with top of the line training. The course is both multimedia presentations and practical applications, culminating in a challenging outdoor experience.
