ANNUAL MEMBERS: Summer is coming to a close and a new lodge year is beginning. Among other things, this means that if you are an annual member of the lodge, now is the time to pay your membership dues and record your service hours outside of scouting. To remain a member in good standing you must pay your $24.00 dues before October 1, 2009. If dues are not recieved prior to October 1, 2009 you will be listed as an inactive member. As an inactive member, you will no longer receive any mailings from the lodge and will neither be notified of nor invited to attend any lodge events.
INACTIVE MEMBERS: All brothers that are listed as inactive and wish to become active again may do so by paying a re-activation fee of $36.00. You will also be required to fill out a membership reactivation / transfer form and provide photocopies of 1) your current BSA registration card and 2) a prior OA membership card. There forms are available at the Council Service Center or on the Lodge Website. If you are attending the Fall weekend you can take care of this when checking in upon arrival. Otherwise, please return your payment and from to the Council Service Center before October 1, 2009.
LIFE MEMBERS: If you are a life member of the lodge, please fill out the form to let us know that you still want to be an active member. Although life members are not required to pay annual dues, donations would be graciously accepted to help the lodge with its annual expenses.
In addition to paying the lodge's annual national recharter fee, dues also help pay for supplies at camp, cover the cost of some projects and provide helpful funds for Chester County Boys Scouts.
If you are not sure of your membership status, please email Leslie John at ldj113@aol.com
