ONLINE CAMP PAYMENTS
This online payment option is for UNITS (packs, troops) to make UNIT PAYMENTS, not for individual family payments. Packs and troops collect family payments, and then make one bulk payment to the council for the unit reservation (camp reservations represent a contract between the unit and the council, thus payments need to be between the unit and the council).
Use this form to make an online UNIT payment to any EXISTING summer camp reservation. A unit leader will need the following information to complete the process:
- Reservation Number
- Unit type & unit number (ie: Pack 123, Troop 456, etc.)
- Name of camp
- Name of unit leader submitting this payment for the unit
- Amount of payment
- If you want to change the number of youth or adults coming to camp, you may do so if you know the number currently reserved and the number you want to change your reservation to.
You will receive a confirmation of payment on the last screen, and via email.
Payments should be a UNIT PAYMENT (unit collects family payments, then makes one bulk payment to the council).
Units may place ONE payment for ONE reservation at a time. To make payments for multiple reservations, please return and make each payment seperately to ensure that each payment is properly applied to the correct reservation.
