An expansion of the Inland Northwest Council\'s Scoutreach
program has led to a new paid position becoming available.
* Become part of the Scoutreach Team and get involved with Cub Scouting in our Spokane District 81 Express sites. You will be part of making a difference in a child by delivering a wide variety of Fun and the Cub Scouting Experience.
*You should expect to be earning around %24 8.50 hourly up to 15 hours a week.
*This is a flexible job situation where you will be treated as a professional while working with youth in elementary after school programs.

jsf_text[3] = "The Inland Northwest Council Alumni Association is for all adults, ages 18 and older, who have been involved in Scouting in the Inland Northwest Council, Inland Empire Council, Idaho Panhandle Council or the Lewis-Clark Council.
Joining the Alumni Association allows you to keep connected with Scouting, show your support for Scouting, keep informed about Scouting, and maintain association with other great Scouters.

Its principle function is to help Scoutmasters by training their top boy leaders in the skills of leadership. Participants can choose five training sessions to attend from the catalog of 28 classes. Learn the skills that will help you in your particular Cub Scout leadership position. Den leaders will appreciate the classes on crafts, songs , cheers and many others. Committe chairs will be able to learn about pack record keeping, awards and advancement, and Scouting resources on the internet. You pick the classes that will help you the most.
Registration includes a compact disc with information and resources to assist your Cub Scout operation over the next year. The lunch period will be a mock Blue and Gold for you to see and take ideas back for your own pack blue and gold ceremony.
A Den Chief training class will also be held for your Den Chiefs or older Scouts who want to become Den Chiefs. The Den Chief trainig will run brom 9:00 AM to Lunch and then they will get to chose from the elective courses for the last two sessions of the day (1:30 PM and 2:30 PM).

Anderson dreamed of flying in space. he set high goals and achieved them through hard work, a supportive family, strong faith and a tight-knit community. Michael Anderson perished in the February 2003 Space Shuttle Columbia tragedy, yet his dreams live on as an inspiration to children of all ages.
This commemorative patch was specially designed for the Inland Northwest Council of the Boy Scouts of America to help raise money for a bronze statue memorializing Michael in the propose Science Center in downtown Spokane.
