The Three Harbors Council is the Host Council for The Five Star University of Scouting in 2014. It is a one-day training event that includes over 50 courses to help you support the Aims of Scouting and to Deliver the Promise to our youth.

This annual event is organized and staffed by sponsoring councils. The multi-council format provides a wide range of experiences. Even if you “have done it all,” please attend and share your knowledge with us. District Committee members can fulfill their training requirements for the District Committee Key as they enjoy a day of Scouting, fellowship and learning. Commissioners can learn about new tools and techniques to help provide the best service to their units. Scouters at all levels can hear and experience the newest and best practices in Scouting techniques. Hear about what is going on at the regional and national levels and visit with other Scouters who share the passion for the Scouting Program.

 

Cost of registration is $35. Your registration fee will include pastries and coffee at registration time, free coffee all day in the dining hall and fresh cookies and coffee with graduation.

You will enjoy fellowship with Scouters from all over southern Wisconsin and northern Illinois, giving you an opportunity to ask questions and learn from their experiences.
