CNAs listed in BLUE boxes will be currently certified with NO record of abuse or substantiated findings.

CNAs with findings are listed in the RED box including date of expiration from the registry.

 Need to verify whether a CNA has completed a State-Approved Training Program?
  Look for an [ X ] in either column titled: State-Approved Facility; (training program based out of a
 Skilled Nursing Facility like Life Care Hilo) or State-Approved Non-Facility;
(training program run by a School not based within a Nursing Facility, such as Kapiolani Community College).

This CNA list will be updated twice a month. If you do not find the CNA you are looking for, contact the American Red Cross Nurse Aide Testing Office at 739-8124 or 739-8122, or by fax: 734-8318 to verify.

New updates will be done the 1st and 16th of each month.
