Cub Scout Pack 428 serves boys from grades 1 through 5.  Most of our boys attend Ben Franklin, Ben Rush, or Rose Hill Elementary Schools, but we also serve boys that live in the neighborhood and attend other schools.

We embrace the traditional scouting ideal that scouting builds strong families, and - in following that ideal - we are an active group led by parents of boys in our pack.

A Cub Scout in Pack 428 will generally have the opportunity to attend four or more scouting activities per month which will help them acheive traditional scouting advancement goals.  Our program also encourages involvement in varied individual, team and community activities, so we do recognize that there may be times when these schedules conflict with scout schedules, and that is absolutely fine.  Our program is flexible, so your son can enjoy all scouting has to offer along with his other favorite activities.
