It is time to begin the recharter process. Recharter day will be held at True Memorial Baptist Church in Rochester on December 5, 2009 from 8:00AM to 12:00PM.
Like last year, we will be using the Internet for rechartering, and you will be able to access the site on November 1, 2009. Your Unit Commissioners have your charter packets, and access codes for units now.

We have started the Fall Membership efforts with some very sucessful Cub Scout roundups. Lots of Packs have already earned free pinewood cars for their entire unit. Lets get those families involved and grow our program. Any membership questions can be directed to Patrick Grace or Duane Armstrong.
Lets make this a great year selling popcorn, already Troop, Pack, and Crew 650 held two very sucessful Show and Sell's and they actually ran out of popcorn. People are still supporting our organization all we need to do is get out there and show ourselves. Remember that all who fill a sheet this year get a great prize and are entered for weekly drawings, so get thsoe full sheets(copies) in to the council office now.
Help Wanted!!!! We need Unit Commissioners for the Southern and Northern areas of Abnaki. This is a rewarding job and lots of fun. If you are interested in serving as a Unit Commissioner, please contact John Heimann or Duane Armstrong.
