CUB SCOUT DAY CAMP:
Santa Maria's Pioneer Park
July 27-31, 2009

 

Where: Pioneer Park, 1000 W. Foster Rd., Santa Maria

Time: Monday – Friday 8:30am – 4 pm,

Friday- Family Event & BBQ 6pm- 8pm

Fee$105.00 per Cub Scout thru June 27, 2009

$135.00 per Cub Scout after June 27, 2009

Volunteer Discount: Adults that volunteer for all 5 days will receive a discount of one-half the early bird cost – ($52.50) Remember this is an all Volunteer camp, we need your help.

Tot Lot: A Tot Lot camp provides a Day Camp experience for young children of Staff Members, Den Leaders and parent volunteers. In order for a child to attend the Tot Lot, a parent MUST be in Camp working while they attend. Tot Lot Campers will receive a Camp shirt and snacks. The charge is $10.00 per child for the first day and $5.00 each day thereafter, for a total of $30.00 per child/ per week.

Family event & BBQ: We will be having a family event on Friday evening with a Hamburger dinner starting at 6pm and entertainment by the scouts starting at 7pm. Dinner will be provided for the scouts and all full week volunteers. Additional dinners may be purchased for $5.00 each. Families are also welcome to bring a picnic dinner and join us.

Camp Aids: Boy scouts and siblings at least 14 years of age and older, are invited to Volunteer as a Camp Aide. Service hours will be recorded and a letter providing proof of service will be given at the end of Camp. If an Adult Volunteer has a child between the ages of 11 & 14 that would like to help out, they may assist their parent as a Camp Aide.

Volunteers Needed for a Successful Program

We are in need of volunteers, 18 years and older that are interested in helping with the planning and execution of the 2009 Cub Scout Day Camp. We would like this year’s Day Camp to be a very memorable experience for all our scouts and we need your help to accomplish this.
