Welcome to the Blue Grass Council! Although our Council Service Center is located in Lexington, we deliver the Scouting Program throughout 55 counties in central, eastern, and northern Kentucky. We provide service to more then 300 units, 3,500 adult volunteers, and over 20,000 youth!
In 2009, 3,794 rank advancements were earned by Cub Scouts,and 1,208 by Boy Scouts. 5,412 merit badges were earned and 109 Scouts earned their Eagle rank. Through Eagle projects alone, our Scouts provided over 15,000 hours of community services.
