District Profile

The District boundaries for the Picacho Peak district are the Pinal county lines on the West, South, and East and the northern border is the North border of the Gila Indian Nation and Arizona Farms Road.  The cities of Casa Grande, Maricopa, Coolidge, Florence, Arizona City, Merrill Ranch Anthem are included in the District.  Additionally Gila Bend and Ajo are now apart of our District.

The primary purpose of the District is to help Scouting units succeed by helping Scouting units to provide a fun, quality program.  This is accomplished through the training of enthusiastic volunteers, support of membership recruiting programs, fundraising, and activities that support the unit`s annual program.
