Our District's area of influence encompasses roughly 224 Scouting units, over 3,300 youth, and more than 1,400 adult volunteers. Our district is lead by a unique group of business and community leaders. Each person contributes to the success of each unit. Volunteers are important to the overall success of the Scouting program. Our district is the fastest growing district in the council. The Firebird District's actual boundaries include the communities of Avondale, Goodyear, Litchfield Park, Buckeye, Gila Bend, Ajo, Peoria, Surprise, Tonopah, El Mirage, Wickenburg, a part of Glendale, and west to the Maricopa County Border.
