Dear Leader's of Twin Valleys:
The Fall is here and is almost passing us by. The recruitment in the District is about a hundred boys away from the goal!! The key thing that each leader must focus on as the holidays approach is that re-chartering is just around the corner and the word of the year will be RETENTION. Think of ways to get your boys involved and stress the importance of summer camp in our outstanding Council camps. It's proven that if a boy attends summer camp then he will return in the fall. That is the best way to practice positive RETENTION. Focus on a monthly recruitment night during your pack nights. Have your boys invite their friends to the meeting and always remember that Steve and I are here to help in anyway!!
