It’s not too late to use the Sales Station mobile app to check in participants, update registrations, sell merchandise and collect payments and donations at summer programs! The Sales Station app doesn’t require any additional subscription costs and requires only an iPad or iPhone; however, we recommend obtaining a secure credit card reader so you can swipe credit cards quickly instead of manually entering credit card numbers. Follow these steps to get ready to use Sales Station.
1. If you plan to swipe credit cards, order your secure card readers.
To guarantee the best security possible, Sales Station Mobile only works with secure card reader authenticators that are specially configured for Doubleknot by Magtek, Inc. You must purchase your secure card reader(s) directly from Magtek using this order form.
The following Magtek iDynamo secure card reader authenticators can be used with Sales Station Mobile:
- iDynamo 5 for iPads with a Lightning connection
- iDynamo for iPads with a 30-pin connection
- cDynamo enclosure for iPad Mini, iPad Air and iPad Air 2

2. Let Us Know!
Send us an email at support@doubleknot.com to let us know you plan to use Sales Station as a mobile app. Be sure to include your contact information. We’ll let you know when your organization is configured to use Sales Station Mobile.
3. Install the Sales Station App from Apple’s App Store
On the iPad or iPhone, open the App Store and search for “Doubleknot.” Locate the Sales Station app in the search results and click Install.
4. Follow the easy steps to set up Sales Station
We’ve published two user guides to help you configure and use the Sales Station app:

These documents are located in the User Manuals section, at the top of the page beneath the Sales Station heading. The same information in located in the online help (click Help at the top of any Doubleknot page).
