New East Coast Customer Service Center Opens Monday

We are pleased to announce the opening of our new East coast customer service center! Starting next week on Monday, May 15, our customer service hours will expand to 8:30 AM to 8 PM Eastern and 5:30 AM to 5 PM Pacific.

To support our expanded hours, we’ve hired additional customer service representatives who have undergone (and continue to undergo!) rigorous training in Doubleknot administration. Please welcome Brooks Davis and Danilo Guy to our customer support team. Both Brooks and Danilo are experienced technical support representatives and we’re very happy to welcome them to our team.

Our East coast office, expanded support team and increased operating hours reflect Doubleknot’s commitment to providing our clients with excellent customer service. 


IMPORTANT: Submit Support Requests to Support@doubleknot.com

With the expansion of our support team, we are taking steps to ensure that all support requests can be assigned and resolved as quickly and effectively as possible.  To achieve that goal, please use the following guidelines when contacting support: 

  • Submit your support requests to Support@doubleknot.com. This is the fastest and most effective way to ensure that your issue is investigated and resolved as quickly as possible. If you prefer to enter your request directly into the system, visit support.doubleknot.com and click the Tickets icon to create a new ticket for the issue.  Please do not contact support representatives at their personal Doubleknot email addresses.
  • When you call support, always press 2 so that your call is routed correctly to support. Please do not dial a staff member's direct extension. Dialing a direct extension can slow our response time because the call will not automatically enter the support system. 

By ensuring that all requests are entered immediately into our support system, we can provide the most efficient and effective response to your requests. We look forwarding to continuing to provide you with excellent customer service!
