BEST PRACTICE: Scheduling Billing Reminders
Remember, you can create and schedule automatic payment reminders to registration owners with an upcoming or overdue payment for any event, program or reservation. Payment reminders are sent on the schedule you choose, and contain a custom message, information about the payment due and a link to easily pay online. The general steps to set up payment reminders are:
- In the Manage Notification Messages utility, write and save the custom reminder messages.
- On the management page for the event, program session or facility, click Notifications and set the delivery schedule and message for all reminders you’re creating for the event.

WEBINAR: Using Enhanced Single-Page Donation Forms
Doubleknot now supports enhanced single-page donation forms that update the contents of the form based on what the user selects. For example, if one donation level includes a T-shirt, options to select T-shirt size are displayed when the visitor selects this donation level. If the next donation level includes a T-shirt and a personalized tote bag, the page will display T-shirt options and tote bag options when a visitor selects that donation level.
