Enhanced Communications Center Interface
As part of our ongoing effort to improve the customer experience, we are pleased to announce an enhancement to the Communications Center interface. When you want to create a new message based on an existing one, you can simply locate it in the list of sent messages and click the new Open Copy command on the line.
To create a copy of an existing message, just click Open Copy. (Click the image for a larger view.)
This feature will roll out to customers in the next week.
