SECURITY UPGRADE: Stronger Data Protection to be Implemented Next Week
Doubleknot will implement a stronger data security standard next week for secure (HTTPS) access to our site. For most people, the change will be undetectable. However, people who are using outdated operating systems including Windows 2000, Windows Server 2003, Windows Server 2003 R2 without KB968730, Windows XP without Service Pack 3 and Mac OS X through version 10.4, may no longer be able to access Doubleknot pages.
If your staff or constituents are unable to access Doubleknot and cannot upgrade their computer to a current operating system, download and use the latest version of the Chrome browser.
WEBINAR: Preview of Enhancements to Registration Forms and Surveys
We're getting ready to launch some major enhancements to our custom registration forms and surveys! These enhancements include:
- The option to integrate forms for each registrant onto the signup page. Visitors can provide all the required information for each registrant on the same page where they enter their names and other registrant attributes.
- Support for conditional logic on a single page. Conditional items that depend on an answer to a previous question can be displayed on the same page, so your visitors don't have to click to additional page to see the updated fields.
