NEW: "Forms and Surveys" Has Been Renamed
To make it easier to distinguish between event registration forms (which are associated with items in Event Management) and surveys (which can be publicly distributed), the feature formerly known as Forms and Surveys is now called Surveys.

To create and manage surveys, click Surveys in the Feature List. Everything you created in Forms and Surveys will be in that location. Surveys work exactly the same as they did before; they’ve just been renamed to reduce confusion with event registration forms.

Documentation Updates
The following documentation has been updated:

• Working With Surveys (User Guide): Updated to address the name change of the Surveys feature.
• Event Registration Forms (User Guide): Updated to include detailed information about all items that can be placed on event registration forms, page branching, and conditional logic.
• Creating Scored Quizzes (User Brief): Updated to address the name change of the Surveys feature.

To view documentation at any time, click User Manuals in the Feature List. Documents that are titled User Guide and User Brief contain advanced navigational features that work best if you download and view the document in Adobe Reader instead of in the browser. To download a document, right-click the link and choose the option to save the document. (The exact name of the command depends on your browser and operating system.)
