We've made it easier for constituents to pay for multiple items that have a balance due! When a constituent selects any registration or reservation to make a payment, all of the items in the same order that have a balance due will be displayed on the Shopping Cart summary page. As a result, constituents can pay for all of their due items in the same transaction instead of selecting each individual registration or reservation to make a payment. (This feature is also available for administrators.) 

 

NEW FEATURE: Administrators Can Select From Registration Owner's Previous Participants

When your constituents register for an event, they can choose to add participants from a list of people who they’ve registered in the past. This feature is now available to administrators entering a registration on a constituent’s behalf!

 

After you search for and select the registration owner, the Available Participants panel will display people who the registration owner has registered in the past. When you click the button to add a participant to the list, the Add New Participant window will automatically contain available information about that participant.
