NEW: Program Management Documentation
Two new user guides for creating and managing programs, including summer camps, are now available:

The Creating and Editing Programs User Guide contains instructions for planning, configuring, and testing programs, and includes detailed examples for common programs such as summer camps and educational conferences.
The Managing Program Registrations User Guide contains instructions for managing registrations, including changing and cancelling registrations, handling online and offline payments, and managing waitlists and attendance.

To access Doubleknot documentation at any time, click User Manuals in the Feature List.

NEW: Updated Online Help

We are pleased to announce the launch of a new online help system. You can navigate through help by category of interest or search the full contents by keyword.

To view the online help, log in and click Help at the top of any page. The online help will be displayed in a new window.
