The College of Commissioner Science scheduled for Saturday, October 27, has been postponed to January 26 for two reasons: (1) the course has been completely revamped by National, and the course materials were just received last week; and (2) there were not enough signups to justfy the number of trainers to put on the course. All Commissioners are encouraged to sign up early so that the Council will know that there are sufficient participants to go forward with  the event.
