When: Saturday, May 4, 8:30 am to 12:30 pm

Where: 908 East Sierra Madre (Santa Maria LDS Stake Center) Santa Maria

Cost: No charge – Bring your lunch and some snacks to share

There will also be a “Trading Post” with Varsity Team resources.

The training includes:

• The role of the Varsity Coach
• Team organization and meetings
• Working with young men, team leader meetings
• Nuts and bolts of the outdoor program
• Reflection
• Advancement
• Program Planning
• Membership, Paperwork, Finances
