Payment Schedule

The total fee for a contingent participant is $1665. However, prices are subject to review and may change.

There are two payment schedules for the 2013 National Scout Jamboree:

  1. Paid in full / Discount
  2. Payment plan 

Paid in Full / Discount

For those who are able, a discounted participant fee of $1599 can be paid upon acceptance of the application. It must be paid by cash or check (no credit cards) directly to the council service center, in one lump sum, within 30 days (or 1/31/2012, whichever is sooner) of acceptance of the participant's application. This offer expires January 31, 2012.

Payment Plan

For those who will pay according to the payment plan, the schedule is as follows:

  • Deposit due with approved application: $300
  • November 30, 2011: $300
  • January 31, 2012: $300
  • March 31, 2012:  $150
  • April 30, 2012: $150
  • June 30, 2012: $150
  • August 31, 2012: $150
  • October 31, 2012: $165

Due to the required financial obligations and commitments, all youth participants must be up-to-date according to the advertised payment schedule by February 29, 2012 or their Jamboree application will be placed on the waiting list.  Individual jamboree accounts and payments will be subject to the refund policy.

Any payments due prior to receiving a participant's application will be due when application is approved. Basically, when you sign up you must pay to become current with the payment schedule upon the acceptance of your application.

Multiple Scouts

Payments for multiple Scouts can be made in two ways:

 

  1. adding a Scout at the initial payment page
  2. completing a separate payment for each Scout

Every participant must agree to the terms of the refund policy when making his or her deposit - the final step in registration.
