An Old Scout Photo Contest
will be a featured display at the Jan. 24, 2010 New England Scout Show.
What we are looking for is any image that represents Scouting over the last 100 years. We will place judging emphasis on the age, quality and Scout-centric qualities of the image.
All photos must be accompanied by a photo caption explaining the imagešs content, year taken, and authoršs name and hometown. Tell us a special story with your image.
If you have Scout photos from yesteryear at camp, troop meeting, Pack outing, or of good old dad tying knots, please send them in to us. All apply.
The best top three photos selected will win some really nice gifts from the Council store.
Submit photos in electronic jpeg RGB high resolution format (sized 10 inches
wide) to VP of Marketing Tim Kane at tikane@bsamail.org, or snail mail prints to him at 195 Rice Corner Road, Brookfield, MA.
Be sure to include your exact home mailing address so we can return print images after the Scout Show concludes.
Deadline to submit photos to Tim is Nov. 15, 2009.
