This website is a tremendous resource which complements the official BSA website. Located in this electronic treasure chest are clip art, advancement and merit badge materials, informative articles, and proven program techniques.
Like US Scouting Service Project MacScouter is another great website with plenty of general purpose resources.
For program resources for your unit, click on one of the logos listed below. You will be taken to a page showing suggestions and program helps. The box "Local Units" will take you to a list of Los Padres Council units having their own website.
