˜    To raise funds to serve more youth through Scouting’s programs

      ˜  Saturday, November 14, 2009 at 8:00 AM & 1:30 PM - Sporting Clays BSA Invitational Shoot - Ben Avery Clay Target Center 

Shooting Day Description (November 14: Ben Avery Clay Target Center)

˜    Invitational only, squads of four people - open to ALL levels of shooters

˜  The day of the event consists of one day of sporting clays shooting, with squads shooting 75 sporting clay targets at Ben Avery's Clay Target Center in both the Executive and Gold courses. 

˜    The event is an exclusive invitational, which allows only squads of four shooters

˜    An estimated 60 squads will participate.  Squads are comprised of community leaders, corporate donors, and interested parties paying the entry fee.

˜    The squads will compete on the “Lewis Class” scoring system and receive individual team trophies.

˜    Shooters may enjoy side games of trap and skeet before and after their group flights to further donate to the overall event.

˜    The first flight will check-in at 7:00 AM and begin shooting at 8 AM. The second flight will check-in at 12:30 PM and begin shooting at 1:30 PM. Lunch is included for both flights. You will be contacted after registering for the event as to in which flight you will participate.  

˜  Enjoy a great day of shooting, catered lunch, participant gifts, top team awards, and lots of FUN!

Sporting Clays Gala Sponsor Party & Auction (November 13)

      ˜  Hosted at Land Rover North Scottsdale, the event features an exciting live / silent auction, great  

             networking opportunity, delicious hors d' oeuvres, door prize drawings, and the opportunity to

             experience the Land Rover outdoor test track.

      ˜   The Gala Sponsor Party is open to all sponsored squads, their guests, and individuals wishing to attend 

             the Sponsor Party & LIVE auction as an Auction ONLY Attendee.

What are the participation / sponsorship levels?

˜    We have various levels of participation/ sponsorship available to your organization.  From simple participation to full title sponsorship.  Based upon the level of sponsorship your organization would be entitled to receive various marketing and advertising opportunities including squad participation.

˜    Title Level Sponsor: $10,000 includes 5 squads and best marketing

      Platinum Level Sponsor: $5,000 includes 3 squads and great marketing

      Silver Level Sponsor: $2,500 includes 1 squad and good marketing

      Participant Level: $1,000 includes 1 squad 

      Exhibit Booth Sponsor Only: $1,000 includes 10' x10' booth, table/ chairs, and some marketing

      Sponsor Party & Auction Attendee Only: $100 includes admission to party, meals & drinks for 2 people
