What is Cub Scout Leader Pow Wow?

The Cub Scout Leader Pow Wow is a training extravaganza that offers informational, useful, and fun-filled classes designed to help Pack and Den Leaders improve all aspects of their Cub Scout programs.

Held in conjunction with Baden-Powell University, this super-sized training event is an incredible opportunity to learn about your specific Scouting needs. Sessions are led by experienced volunteers who share their knowledge and passion to help you enhance your ability to deliver a fun and exciting program to the Scouts. This unique day of seminars provides information, techniques, and best practices on how to improve your Scouting program.

Whether you are new to the program or a veteran of many years, Cub Scout Leader Pow Wow and Baden-Powell University have something for you!

Before registering, carefully review the complete Baden-Powell University course catalog for a listing of all available classes, detailed class descriptions, and a schedule of when each class will be offered throughout the day. The catalog also includes important information about the Baden-Powell University degree program for all scouting leaders, breakfast and lunch instructions, the complete schedule of events for the day, and more.

Be sure to check the General Studies & Program Activity Electives sections of the catalog for more classes that may apply to Cub Scouts. The wonderful thing about combining with the Baden-Powell University is that there are so many more options for you to choose from – feel free to take classes from any of the other areas of Scouting if you’d like!
