This year, people in the United States used mobile devices like smartphones and tablets to access the Internet more frequently than they used computers (including both Windows and Macintosh). With so many of your constituents relying on smartphones and tablets, It’s important to have a web site that displays and functions properly on mobile devices as well as computers.
 
Doubleknot meets this need with responsive design, a way to build web sites that automatically adjust to the display device so it's easy to read, navigate and enter information without constantly resizing and readjusting the screen.

BEST PRACTICE: Viewing Change History in Site Brander
Did you know that you can view a history of changes to any Site Brander page to learn who made changes to the page and when? To view the change history for a Site Brander page, follow these steps:
  1. On the main Site Brander page, click Edit Navigation and Other Site Content.
  2. Click the page you’re interested in.
  3. Click View Change History
NEW: Sending Event Details as PDF Attachments to Purchase Receipts
We've added new options for including detailed information about events in customer receipts. If you want to send event details to the customer, you can include the event details within the body of the email purchase receipt or as a PDF attached to the email purchase receipt. If you choose to include event details as a PDF, the customer will receive one PDF for each event registration in the purchase. 
 
To set this option, follow these steps: 
  1. In Event Management, click the Utilities tab.
  2. Click Cart Configuration
  3. In the Organization menu, select the master organization. 
  4. In the Receipts section, choose one of the following options:
  • Include event details on purchase receipt and send store item fulfillment receipt: The event details are included in the body of the email purchase receipt, and the customer receives an additional receipt when the order is fulfilled. 
  •  **New** Include event details as PDF attachment and send store item fulfillment receipt: The event details are included as a PDF attached to the email purchase receipt, and the customer receives an additional receipt when the order is fulfilled. 
  • Never include event details on purchase receipt and never send store item fulfillment receipt: Event details are not included in the email purchase receipt and the customer does not receive an additional receipt when the order is fulfilled. 
  • Include event details on purchase receipt and never send store item fulfillment receipt: The event details are included in the body of the email purchase receipt, and the customer does not receive an additional receipt when the order is fulfilled.
  • **New** Include event details as PDF attachment and never send store item fulfillment receipt: The event details are included as a PDF attached to the email purchase receipt, and the customer does not receive an additional receipt when the order is fulfilled. 
  • Never include event details on purchase receipt and send store item fulfillment receipt: Event details are not included in the email purchase receipt and the customer does not receive an additional receipt when the order is fulfilled.
