As we announced last week, we’re improving the Member Management and Membership Management interfaces. All of the features work the exactly the same—they’ll just be easier to find. The new interfaces are scheduled to roll out next week.
When you click Member Management, all of the functions will be logically organized into a tab structure (similar to Event Management).
The Members/Constituents tab contains common member/constituent management functions. You can create a new member/constituent profile or search and view existing profiles. You can also save your search criteria to use again here or as an address list for Communications Center messages. And, you can download search results as a CSV file that you can open in Excel or any other spreadsheet.
Search for, edit, and create new profiles in the Members/Constituents tab
The Groups tab contains all the management functions for creating groups and eLists.

The Permissions tab contains all the features for managing access to Doubleknot, including assigning permissions to individuals and groups, setting up and assigning roles, and managing program registration groups.

Administrator features that customize overall member/constituent and membership management are located in the Utilities tab.
If your organization uses the Membership Management module, you’ll find all membership information and features in the Memberships tab. Here you can view membership reports, search for membership registrations, or click a membership type to access management features.
All Membership Management features are located in the Memberships tab
When you click a membership type, the new Manage a Membership page is displayed, which provides a snapshot of information about the membership type and contains common functions to register a new membership, view or export registrations for this membership type, set up automatic renewal notifications, and more.
