BEST PRACTICE: Don't Share User IDs!
When you want to delegate a task to a staff member or volunteer, it can be tempting to simply let the person use your Doubleknot login account. But, we strongly discourage this practice. Your Doubleknot account is configured with the specific permissions that you need, which may not be appropriate for someone else. And, when more than one person uses the same account, it’s hard to track accountability for changes.
