Activity Webcast Information
Doubleknot will be holding a series of informational
webcasts to present our new Program Management module
for Camping & At Camp Activity registration. We will discuss and demonstrate
the application, share the details of our rollout plan
and present pricing information. The
schedule of our webcasts follows. To register, select

the Camping & At Camp Activity Registration
Module |
The Doubleknot Program Management Module provides a comprehensive
set of tools for you to manage your Camp and At Camp
Activity Registrations and Programs. At the
foundation of this new module is Doubleknot’s proven
technology suite now in use by over 50 Councils and over
1,000 other organizations, for
event registration, electronic newsletters, donations,
and more. In addition we acquired all rights to the
“GoScouting” and “PrePlanner” products developed by the
Indianhead and Viking Councils. By
making significant enhancements to their products and
integrating them into Doubleknot, we believe we will
deliver the most complete and comprehensive tools and
services for managing your camp programs. The new
module addresses the needs of Program Coordinators,
Finance Staff, Instructors, Unit Level Administrators
and Participants, and includes features such as:
- Creating programs, sessions and
classes
- Making a camp reservation request
- Defining payment schedules and
cancellation policies
- Accepting online and offline
payments
- Setting class capacity and wait list
configurations

- Optionally, preloading unit level
rosters
- Printing a comprehensive set of
reports
- Producing class completion reports
