Come join the Rhode Island Supreme Court, who will host the fifth annual Law Merit Badge Clinic.  This great program will allow your Scout the opportunity to earn the Law Merit Badge with the state’s leading experts on the subject.  They will also have the opportunity to interact with many others involved with the Rhode Island Judiciary, who are listed below in the tentative agenda for the day.

The cost covers Merit Badge Book, Worksheet, and a box lunch. Merit Badge Books will be available the morning of the program.  Space for this program is limited to 25 Scouts, so please register early!  Please wear your uniform, as we expect there to be a press release for this event.

PLEASE NOTE:

Dear Parents and/or Guardians,

Scouts during the Law Merit Badge Clinic may see or hear adult situations from the daily criminal calendar or perhaps in a trial. We are compelled to let you know this, as some of the charges, language and/or testimony or photos are not pleasant. In some cases, a judge may ask young visitors not to enter the courtroom. We ask that this program limited to High School aged Scouts, at least 16 years of age.
