Welcome to the University of Scouting. 

Event Date:  January 21, 2017

Registration starts at 7:00 am.  Opening Ceremony is at 8:00 am and Classes start at 8:40 am to 12:30 pm.

The cost is $10 if registered by January 13, 2017  (Den Chief Conference and CPR/AED class cost is $25) (Cooking in the Outdoors and Dutch Oven Cooking classes are an additional fee of $5.00 for each).
The cost is $15 if registered between January 14th and January 21st, 2017.  Registration is closed on the 13th but you will be able to register at the door for $15 for any class that may have an opening, however there will not be registration at the door for Den Chief or CPR/AED Classes.

University of Scouting is a Scout leader’s learning adventure! It is an action-packed, fun-filled day of supplemental training where you choose the sessions you want to take. Sessions are led by experienced volunteers who will help you enhance your ability to deliver a fun and exciting program to the scouts. University of Scouting is supplemental training.

Class sessions are designed to help leaders improve their skills and increase their knowledge in their chosen program area, as well as provide special topics such as Den Chief Training, Safety Programs, Campmaster, and Climbing Wall use.  You will find various areas of interest to include General Studies, Boy Scout Program, Cub Scout Program, and Den Chief Training.

Please look at  the Leader Category and then pick the class and time you are interested in.  NOTE some classes start at the same time but end at different times. The system will not let you save the registration if you have any conflicts in time. You will need to remove the conflict and then save and pay for the registration. 

If you want to make changes, you are able to adjust the schedule thru January 13th online.  To make changes to an existing registration, be sure to login using the "Edit" feature under the Register Button.  You will also be able to change classes at the door, depending on availability.
